Other common signs of it are tiredness, suffocation, burning sensation, delicate, numbing of fingers, etc.

This is a worldwide problem. Many people just even don't realize the side effects of prolonged sitting and just every time they like to sit. People who walk for at least 30 minutes a day can disavow these side effects. So, it is highly preferred by physiotherapists or doctors to have a 30-minutes morning walk.

GIVE ATTENTION TO YOUR BODY POSTURE WHILE PROLONGED SITTING

Pay first and foremost attention to your body posture while you are sitting for a longer time. Take breaks in between and walk a few steps, then continue your job. You should walk while attending a phone call, or if someone asks for some work such as bringing the file or anything, etc. You also do a bit exercise by taking a mild break which gives strength to your back. These things will be a great benefit to you.
Try to change your posture in a little time gap. Do it for some minutes in each hour. This will prove to be a great help to your muscles, joints, tendons, and ligaments.

HOW TO PREVENT FROM THIS PROBLEM!!!

1. Avoid sitting for a longer time duration. If you are forced to sit then keep your elbow in 90-degree position and sit with support at your back. Keep your back straight and use chairs instead of a table.

2. To stretch your neck keep doing certain exercises such as neck rotation, bending your neck to the left shoulder and then to right. And keep the lower part of your back supported.

3. While working with a laptop, keep in mind that your laptop is in just straight position to your eyes, and keep moving your legs and knees while sitting.

4. If you have to continuously sit for several hours then you can use lumber roll. You should also take advise from a spine specialist doctor if you are facing any difficulty.

5. If possible work for some time in standing position.
